What’s wrong with the TEC-DC9M?
First, it was allegedly found in an orientation opposite of the common perception. It was also upside-down, and not in a firing position. Dylan’s pinkie was closest to the trigger box.
It’s also impossible for it to have been under Dylan’s leg, along with his hand, prior to him rolling over. It was placed there afterward (a staged scene, perhaps?)
Bonus: There is no gun in the “leaked” “suicide photos” - it’s an optical illusion.
